A confident and engaging musician specializing in choral conducting, musical direction and vocal coaching. Born and educated in the UK, Darrell emigrated to Canada as a permanent resident in 2010 and has since become a noted musician and educator within Ontario.
Holding a teaching position at The Dan School of Drama & Music at Queen’s University since 2014, Darrell’s teaching portfolio includes directing the Choral Ensemble Program in addition to teaching classes on music theatre. Darrell also teaches at St. Lawrence College, Brockville as a voice teacher, accompanist and repertoire coach. Darrell has had the opportunity to work with arts organizations across Canada as well as in the UK, France, the USA, China and Australia at post-graduate and professional levels.
